Always Read the Comments

Frequently, each of us blogs something that, given the resulting user feedback, we would have written differently given a second chance. That very thing happened over at ProBlogger.net yesterday with 10 Ways to make your Blog more Attractive to Advertisers.

The guest blogger, Chad, strongly recommended not using AdSense on your blog. Well, readers had quite a bit to say about that, and if you are in the habit of reading only blog posts and not the comments, you would have missed quite a bit of great additional information.

So be sure to always read the comments, too. Often you’ll find them even better than the post itself :D (Not to mention the benefit to your own blog that comes from being an active participant.)

    i so agree with you about the comments sometimes ending up better than the post itself. it always happens in my blogs…and from comments, i learn something everyday.
