Starter Business for Sale

Last September, I wrote about how important it was to focus when you found something that was working for you — and what a constant challenge it was for me to do that.  Well, it’s still a challenge (and probably always will be) but I’m doing much better I think.

Part of that is recognizing when a project is an outlier and will take a disproportionate amount of time and effort to be a success compared with other projects that I’m working on.  I have one of those now, so I’m looking to pass it along to someone who can make it fly.

The site is a social news site for healthcare professionals, built on a customized version of Pligg.  It has an outstanding domain name, professional design, established base of 1,000 registered users, and voting buttons on 20 different healthcare sites already — including the very largest nursing blogs and one of the largest physician blogs.

I’m looking for offers of at least $10,000, and for that you’ll get personal support from me, all the website files, the design, and the domain name.  This is a business where the really hard work of establishing a strong foundation has been done.  Now it just needs someone who can take it to the next level.
