This immediately reminded me of the Internet Corporation Listing Service scam, so I went looking for more information.
Well it was a scam, of course, as many have already written. David had the best writeup I saw, though. He went back and forth with Erimart just to make sure and has published all the details.

I have reported the scam (using http://www.askshane.org/news-links/erimart-scam.php#comment-59895) to CBBC – China Britain Business council. Please report the scam to local authorities in your countries. It’s a numbers gane, there will be some gullible people out there that will fall for the scam.
