Frank Schilling Coins a Term, I Get the Traffic

Monday, Frank Schilling coined the term Ballmerfreude — taking pleasure from Steve Ballmer’s misfortune. I shared that post from within Google Reader, so it shows up on my sidebar now.
Well, an unintended side-effect of that is that I’m now the only site that ranks for that term right now in both Google and MSN, while Frank is the only one who ranks for it in Ask. (Strangely, Yahoo still doesn’t have any results at all.) Not sure how long it will last, but I’m thoroughly enjoying the 2 visitors I’ve gotten so far from it
Looking deeper into it now, it looks like Frank hasn’t done a redirect from his old site to his new — at least one that search engines will actually see. He’s just using a basic JavaScript redirect, and they don’t read JavaScript. As a result, they don’t know that the site has moved. Not sure if that’s intentional on his part or not.
