I KNEW you would have something about this. Now that I’m back up and running with my site set up, I’m realizing it lacks any language whatsoever regarding my content and its use. Is it necessary? If so, is it merely placing the language on the site? Or is there something more involved?
Here in the U.S., there is an implied copyright even if you don’t expressly state it. Still, I always do — if for no other reason than to avoid having to explain implied copyright to someone trying to get off on a technicality.
If I've helped you out, please spread the word by telling your friends and spreading a little link love. If I've really helped, hey, feel free to buy me something from my Amazon wish list too.

(And great to see you back, by the way!)
