I'm going to set a goal this next week to interview 2 of my colleagues. They are SEOers I look up to and talk with frequently. Not only is this great for business relationship building, but it's also a great way to add quality content to your site. Like you said, the key to a great interview is to ask the right questions - find out things that will be valuable to your readers. I'll let you know how it goes and make posts on my blog. Great idea!
